Below is the official registration page for the program. Please read through all the necessary documents with your child. COVID 19 protocol will be strictly followed. Please upload completed waiver, email back, or bring to the first practice.

Practices per week: Varies based on group.
Schedule: Varies based on group.
Practice Time: 330 - 530pm
Practice Locations: 4th Ave, Main, Harbor or Dream Inn (depends on group)
Players per court (max): 6
Players per coach (max): 6
Maximum group size: 12
Head Coaches: Kael Losik, Chicory Roth, Kelsee Montagna, Madison Dueck, Matt Schutz, Kacey Losik

Cost

6 players per court/coach:

  • 12 practices (2 practices per week): $430 (~$36/practice)
  • 18 Practices (3 practices per week): $600 (~$33/practice)

5 players per court/coach:

  • 12 practices (2 practices per week): $515 (~$43/practice)
  • 18 Practices (3 practices per week): $720 (~$40/practice)

4 players per court/coach: 

  • 12 practices (2 practices per week): $600 (~$50/practice)
  • 18 Practices (3 practices per week): $840 (~$47/practice)

*Season cannot be prorated. Players must join for the complete six-week season.

Terms and Conditions

I agree to pay Santa Cruz Beach Volleyball Club the full amount due for the given program. I understand that once this form is signed and agreed upon, the program is non-refundable. In special circumstances, refunds can be given at the club’s discretion. The club has the right to terminate a player from the program without refund if the player is causing harm to the club, it’s members, coaches, and/or staff. 

Practices cancelled due to factors outside of the clubs control will not be refunded. The club will attempt to reschedule missed practices given court, coach and player availability. "Factors outside of the clubs control" include unsafe weather events, extreme wind or rain, unhealthy air quality, natural disasters, pandemic related cancellations, among other things.

Player Commitment

I fully commit to playing for Santa Cruz Beach Volleyball Club. I have read through the club book and google drive, and will participate to my fullest potential. I will look to build, and acquire, trust between my coaches and teammates to give us the best opportunity to learn and interact. I will respect the decisions of my coaches and the club based on that trust. I will always do my best for myself and others.
