2024 November/December Adult Sundays

The focus of these adult evening groups will be fitness and touches. This will be through creative movement based drills and games. Training sessions will be two hours.

Program Details and Highlights:

Train in a fun and dynamic environment with the awesome Coach Timmy.
Every practice is led by Coach Timmy who will design, instruct and implement a customized practice plan based on the needs of the players.
Season: November 17 - December 15, 4 practices (no week of Thanksgiving practice)
Practice 1x per week: Sundays
Times: 2-4pm
Location: 4th Ave courts, Santa Cruz (stairs down at 3rd avenue)
Cost:
- 1-2 practices $40/practice
- 3-4 practices $35/practice
